Brazil Vacation Testimonial

Hi Sharon,

Yes, we had a great time in Rio. Jackie and I were somewhat concerned about our safety at times but we just used common sense and survived. I’m glad that we waited to schedule any tours because I needed to identify safe areas and also be able to just relax for the full day if that was what we wanted to do.

We did take a chance and took a tour in one of the many Favelas right outside of Rio. It was horrible to see but I’m glad that we were able to do so. With your help, we were located on the top floor (19th) and was able to see the coast line along the Atlantic and were also able to see Christ the Redeemer from our patio. We had an amazing view. We were not facing the ocean and I’m glad because there would have been a constant breeze (sometimes quite chilly) coming in our patio door. We were placed just right.
